Sameel Packages – Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a transparent and secure shopping experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Sameel Packages accepts return requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.

2. Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized packaging products
  • Bulk or wholesale orders made specifically for clients
  • Discounted or clearance sale items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and clear images in case of damage or defect
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from Sameel Packages

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet

Shipping charges are non refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error from Sameel Packages.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received is damaged or defective

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect
  • Sameel Packages is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
